Point of sale address/fitting location; vehicle brand, model and mileage; tyre model, tyre size and mileage driven; position of the tyre in the car (front right, front left, rear right or rear left); inflation pressure of the 4 tyres (bar, section of the inflated tyre in mm); description of the defect and pictures (5 max.).
