More than just a number, this symbolic milestone embodies the success of an ambitious industrial project, the strength of a committed team, and confirmation that another path is possible in the tire industry.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"651\">A visionary industrial project<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"1022\">Launched in 2023, the L\u00e9onard project was born from a strong ambition: to reinvent the tyre life cycle. To achieve this, we chose to transform a former new tire manufacturing plant into a circular production site. This challenge has allowed us to revive a French industrial expertise that has been neglected for too long: retreading.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1100\">A dynamic serving the environment, the economy and employment<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1272\">Thanks to the dedication of our 130 employees in B\u00e9thune, 500,000 tyres have now been remanufactured. A tangible result with multiple impacts:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1838\">\n<li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1470\">\n<p data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1470\">Environnemental : le r\u00e9emploi de 500 000 carcasses, c\u2019est autant de d\u00e9chets \u00e9vit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1623\">\n<p data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1623\">Economical: tyre reconditioning is fully in line with a circular economy approach, promoting the reuse of resources.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1838\">\n<p data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1838\">Social and territorial: the revival of an industrial site in B\u00e9thune contributes to the promotion of local know-how and the creation of a new dynamic for employment in the business area.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"1876\">A reliable and sustainable alternative<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"2195\">This milestone confirms that retreading is now a credible, high-quality solution for both professionals and individuals.
